These terms describe how Raleigh AI Works ("we," "us") provides Olympus OS installation services. The written quote for your project — scope, flat price, and estimated third-party costs — is the controlling document for your installation; these terms cover the standing rules behind every quote.
What we do
We install a custom AI system ("Olympus OS") into your business, configured for the workflows described in your written quote — for example scheduling, lead capture and follow-up, document processing, and a website. The scope of an installation is the workflow map in your quote. Work outside that map is a separate, flat-quoted job.
Fees and payment
- Installation fees are one-time and flat, quoted in writing before work starts. Current packages: Starter Install $750, Growth Install $1,800, Full Works $3,500.
- Payment is 50% deposit to start work and 50% at handoff, when the system is live and training is delivered.
- There is no subscription to us. Nothing about your installation depends on paying us again.
- Your own third-party costs (domain, hosting, AI/API usage) are yours, paid by you directly to those providers. We estimate them in writing in your quote and never mark them up.
Ownership
Your installation is built on accounts in your business's name. You own the system configuration, your data, and your accounts. If we part ways, your system keeps running, and because it is built on standard tools, another provider can maintain it.
30-day fix window
For 30 days after handoff, anything we built that breaks, misbehaves, or does not match the workflow map in your quote will be fixed at no charge. Changes that add new behavior are new features, quoted flat per job if you ask for them.
What we do not do
- We do not replace regulated core systems — medical records, legal case management, or payment processing itself. Installations work around those systems.
- The system drafts judgment calls for a human to approve; it does not give medical, legal, or financial advice on your behalf.
- We do not guarantee business results such as a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. We guarantee the system described in your quote, tested and working at handoff.
Access and responsibilities
Installations require access to the accounts listed in your quote. Credentials are exchanged only through a secure channel — never by email or text. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide (services, hours, prices, policies) that the system uses. You can revoke our access at any time; revoking access during a build may pause or end the project, and work completed to that point remains payable under the deposit terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel before your build starts for a full refund of your deposit. Once building has begun, the deposit covers work performed; we will document progress to date. We may decline or discontinue a project that falls outside the scope described here (for example, requests to automate regulated functions), with any unearned portion refunded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an installation is limited to the fees you paid for that installation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect when your quote is issued applies to your installation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
