Privacy Policy
Raleigh AI Works · Raleigh, North Carolina · Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Contact information — if you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us about your business and its workflows.
- Demo generator inputs — the sample demo on this site runs entirely in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or stored.
- Client project information — if you hire us, we work with the business information needed for your installation (services, hours, workflows, and similar), as described in your written quote.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your workflow audit and quote.
- To build, test, and hand over your installation, if you hire us.
- We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not add you to marketing lists for asking us a question.
Client data in an Olympus OS installation
Client systems are built on accounts the client owns — their domain, their hosting, their tools. Customer data processed by an installed system lives in the client's accounts, not ours. Access we are given for an installation is scoped to the work, documented before we build, and revocable by the client at any time. We never ask for credentials by email or text. For regulated industries, we scope our work around sensitive systems (such as patient records or legal case files) rather than inside them.
Third-party services
Installations typically rely on third-party providers chosen in the client's name — for example hosting, domain registration, and AI/API providers. Data processed by those providers is governed by their own privacy policies. We tell you which providers a proposed installation uses, in writing, before work starts.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small business, including secure channels for credential exchange. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of an incident affecting your information, we will tell you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or revoke access granted for an installation. Contact us using the details below and we will handle it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
